Ordinance 2024-01 Summary
The City of Clermont City Council has approved and passed Ordinance 2024-01, an ordinance amending Chapter 46.02 Cigarettes and Tobacco of the City Code of Clermont and all of the amendments thereto.
This Ordinance shall be known as and may be referred to and cited as Ordinance 2024-01, “An Ordinance amending the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clermont, Iowa by amending provisions pertaining to the age of a person in Chapter 46.02. This statement is a summary of the ordinance adopted by the City Council on March 18, 2024.
