If you want to set up an account to view your utility bill, save your payment information, make a payment, or set up an automatic payment. You will first need to create an account. You will need your Account # and Pin #. See pictures below:
If you want to set up automatic payments, (You must have an account for this service) the payment will be taken out on the 15th of each month. You will receive an email a week before the automatic payment and then an email after the payment has been made.
If you don’t want to set up an account, but want to pay online, use the Quick Pay method. You will still need your Account # and your Pin #. The Quick Pay method will not save any of your payment information. See picture below:
Charges for using the online system: If you use your bank account information, the fee will be $1.95. If you use a debit card or a credit card, the fee will be 2.95% of the total.
