Clermont Library News 4-2-12
National Library week is April 8-14th. The Library has a display of Titanic books to honor the historical event that happened 100 years ago. On April 11th at 2:30, we will have a Food & Fitness program for the students K-6th grade due to an early dismissal of school.
April 22nd is National Earth-day. The Library has an on-going Planet Green Program in which you can recycle old cellphones and used ink cartridges. There is a collection box right inside the Library where you can leave your items. When the box is full we send it in and receive a donation which helps the Library.
We want to thank the following who gave memorials and donations to the Library. Memorials were given in memory of Irene DeSart from Robert & June Swenson and Lloyd & Adeline Meier. Memorials were given in memory of Carol Engelhardt from Karen Kerner and The American Legion Auxiliary. A memorial was given in memory of Sandy Anderson from Albert & Betty Matt.
A donation was given for the summer reading program from Baker Enterprises.
